What we stand for

Four words we hold to.

  • Customer satisfaction
  • Integrity
  • Reliability
  • Tenacity

Backed by a documented ISO 9001:2015 system for non-conformity, root-cause analysis, and customer feedback. Our EHS policy: no accident, no harm to people, no damage to the environment.

Quality, Safety & Environment

Documented systems,
not slogans.

Quality system · ISO 9001:2015

Measured.
Logged. Reviewed.

  • Non-Conformity Reporting (NCR): every deviation documented and tracked to closure.
  • Root-Cause Analysis (RCA): issues investigated to first cause, not symptom; corrective and preventive actions logged.
  • Customer feedback loop: reviewed at quality meetings; closes back into process change-orders.
  • First-article inspection on the Zeiss CMM Spectrum Plus 10/12/6 RDS XXT before any series approval.
  • Material verification by in-house spectro and density meter for incoming aluminium and finished parts.

Environment, Health & Safety

No accident.
No harm. No damage.

"Company's goal is no accident, no harm to people, and no damage to the environment."

  • 7-step pre-treatment using environment-friendly chemistry — phosphating, conversion, and rinses sized for low effluent load.
  • ETP-based water reuse: rinse water is treated and recycled back into the line.
  • Workforce safety built into machine guarding, auto-ladling, and pre-shift checks across the HPDC bay.
  • Closed-loop powder-coating with overspray recovery; curing oven sized to actual line load.
