Tower Furnace & Melting
Aluminium melting capacity sized for parallel HPDC cell feeding. In-line degassing of molten aluminium before transfer.

Semi-automatic LED machining line for high-volume housing post-processing — drill, tap, deburr.

Pre-Treatment Plant
Phosphating and conversion chemistry across seven stages. Water is reused after the ETP process; chemicals chosen for low environmental load.

06 · Conveyor + manual booth
Powder Coating
Conveyor plant for production runs; manual booth for short runs and specialty colours. Curing oven in-line with the conveyor.

07 · Spectrum Plus 10/12/6 RDS XXT
Standard Room — Zeiss CMM
1.2 × 1 × 0.7 m measuring envelope with VAST XXT probe. Climate-controlled standard room. Primary tool for first-article inspection and capability studies.

08 · Zeiss roughness tester XXT
Surface Roughness Lab
Profilometry for sealing faces and machined surfaces. Used in tandem with the CMM for full geometric and texture validation.

09 · 100% visual + sampling
Final Inspection
Final-stage inspection desk with documented sampling plans before pack-out. Linked back to the non-conformity / root-cause analysis system.
