Every HPDC die, injection mould, jig, and fixture used at M-Tech is built in-house in our tool room. That cuts iteration cycles dramatically when a customer revs a part design, and lets us take on dies for external customers too.
Built on a 5-axis CB Ferrari, HAAS V3, 4× Brother S700X2, and a fleet of 6 Fanuc Robo Drills, backed by Zeiss CMM verification.
