Capabilities

Three lines.
One plant.

Pressure die casting, in-house tooling, and finished-component machining — all under one ISO 9001:2015 roof in Bahadrabad, Haridwar.

01 · Die Casting

250T to 800T,
fully automatic.

A fleet of 13 horizontal high-pressure die casting machines from YIZUMI, BMC, ZITAI, and TOYO — fully automatic shot control, auto ladling, and spraying. Aluminium of all automotive and lighting grades.

Feeding the cells: a 1-ton/hour tower furnace and an 800 kg/hour Skelner furnace. Degassing treatment for molten aluminium runs in-line.

02 · Tool Room & Machining

16 VMC.
One Zeiss CMM.

The tool room runs vertical machining centres from CB Ferreri (5-axis), HAAS, Brother, Kitamura, and Cosmos, plus a battery of six Fanuc Robo Drills for high-speed precision work. We manufacture our own HPDC dies, injection moulds, jigs, fixtures, and sheet-metal tooling.

Inspection is anchored by a Zeiss CMM Spectrum Plus 10/12/6 RDS XXT (1.2 × 1 × 0.7 m envelope) and a Zeiss roughness tester XXT.

04 · Quality & Finishing

Spectro, density, CMM —
then powder, then ship.

7-Step Pre-Treatment

Environment-friendly chemicals. Water reused after ETP process. The full chain runs in-line before powder coating.

Powder Coating

Conveyor-type plant for production runs, plus a manual booth for low-volume or specialty colours.

Dimensional Inspection

Zeiss CMM Spectrum Plus 10/12/6 RDS XXT with VAST XXT probe. Roughness tester and material lab (spectro + density meter) round out QC.

Quality system: documented non-conformity, root-cause analysis, and customer feedback loop under ISO 9001:2015. EHS policy: no accident, no harm to people, no damage to the environment.

05 · Process Flow

RFQ to dispatch,
in six steps.

Every step under one roof — no third-party tooling, no offline machining, no farmed-out QC. That's why we can quote tighter lead times than vendors who split the chain.

  1. 01

    Drawing & RFQ

Send a part drawing (PDF or STEP), target monthly volume, material grade preference, and any tolerance or finish notes.

  2. 02

    DFM Review

Our team reviews for manufacturability — gate placement, parting line, draft angles, secondary operations, and tooling-cost estimate.

  3. 03

    Tooling

Die or mould designed in-house, then cut on the 5-axis CB Ferreri, HAAS V3, Brother S700X2, or Fanuc Robo Drill line.

  4. 04

    First Article + CMM

Initial castings run on the matched HPDC machine. Sample parts dimensioned on the Zeiss CMM; material checked on spectro and density meter.

  5. 05

    Series Production

Approved tool moves to production. Machining, pre-treatment, powder coating, drill-tap, and assembly as required — all in-house.

  6. 06

    Inspect & Dispatch

Final inspection per documented sampling plan, traceable back to NCR/RCA records. Pack and ship — domestic or for export.

Typical timeline

From signed PO to first-article approval: 6–10 weeks for new tooling; 2–3 weeks for parts on existing tools. Series cadence agreed with each customer.
