Six things that turn an
enquiry into a quote.
The more of these you include in your first message, the faster we can come back with realistic feasibility, tooling cost, and lead time. None of them are deal-breakers if missing.
Part drawing
PDF or STEP file is ideal. Even a hand sketch with key dimensions gets us started.
Target volume
Estimated monthly and annual quantity. Helps us pick the right HPDC tonnage and tooling investment.
Material grade
Aluminium alloy preference (LM-series, ADC-series, AlSi) or we'll recommend based on the application.
Tolerance class
General tolerance band plus any critical-feature GD&T. Tighter tolerances may mean post-machining.
Surface finish
As-cast, machined, powder-coated, or assembled. We do all four in-house.
Lead time + destination
When you need first article, when series production should ramp, and where shipments go.

What's typical lead time?
6–10 weeks from signed PO to first-article approval on new tooling. 2–3 weeks for parts on existing tools.

Do you handle small-batch?
Yes. Our injection-moulding line and 250T HPDC machine handle short runs. Tool-room work also takes one-off jobs.

Are plant visits welcome?
Absolutely. Existing and prospective customers visit the Bahadrabad plant regularly — write or call ahead so we can have the right people on the floor.

Do you ship internationally?
Domestic India is our primary market today. Export shipments are arranged per customer requirement.
